Locate Your VIN

The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a unique identifier for your tank, similar to how cars have VINs. You can typically find your tank’s VIN in one of the following location:

Chassis or Hull: Inspect the chassis or hull of your tank. The VIN number is usually affixed to the inside of the metal chassis.

Enter Your VIN

Once you’ve located your tank’s VIN, enter it in the space provided below. Ensure that you enter the VIN accurately to receive the most up-to-date recall information.

Check for Recalls

Click the “submit” button to initiate the recall check process. Our system will search our database for any recall information associated with your VIN.

Review Recall Information

After clicking “submit,” you will receive a prompt with the recall status of your tank. It will inform you whether your Mato Tank is subject to a recall or if it has a clean bill of health.

Recall Found: If your tank is subject to a recall, the system will provide details about the recall, including the reason for the recall, potential risks, and instructions on how to address it. Follow the provided instructions to take appropriate action.
No Recall Found: If no recall is associated with your VIN, you will receive a message confirming that your tank is not subject to any recalls at this time. You can continue to enjoy your tank with peace of mind.
